• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of affiliate managers.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive affiliate acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Foster strong relationships with existing affiliates while actively seeking and onboarding new partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing efforts and maximize affiliate performance.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members, ensuring their professional development.
• Analyze affiliate performance data and implement improvements to enhance overall program success.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of the affiliate marketing program.

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or managerial role within the iGaming industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve targets.
• In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing metrics, strategies, and industry trends.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to foster successful partnerships.
• Experience in developing and implementing affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
