• Affiliate Recruitment: Proactively recruit new affiliates to expand the affiliate network. This involves reaching out to potential affiliates, negotiating favorable terms, and facilitating their onboarding process.

• Relationship Management: Enhance brand visibility by fostering strong relationships with affiliates across various markets, channels, and multiple brands simultaneously.

  - Deal Negotiation: Negotiate commission rates, payment terms, and other incentives with affiliates.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor affiliate performance and analyze key metrics such as clicks, conversions, and generated revenue. 
• Support and Guidance: Provide affiliates with marketing materials, tracking tools, and guidance to optimize their promotion of the brands.
• Offer Enhancement Recommendations: Recommend strategies to improve conversion rates, such as adjusting landing pages and incorporating visual branding elements like "exclusive" tags. 
• Geographic Expertise: Such markets as DE, AT, CH, NL, GR, BE, DK, PT, AU, SE, LV, EE, UAE, KW, RO, IT, ES.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate management (betting vertical), with a focus on mid/senior-level roles.
• Demonstrated success in affiliate recruitment, relationship management, and deal negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with various traffic sources and their impact on affiliate marketing performance.
