• Develop and manage affiliate partnerships across key Asian markets
• Attract new partners and drive high-quality traffic
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates and partners
• Handle partner inquiries and provide day-to-day support
• Manage financial reconciliation and performance reporting
• Track and analyze performance metrics to improve campaign outcomes
• Localize offers, creatives, and communication to fit regional specifics
• Identify and reach out to relevant websites, affiliates, and traffic sources

• 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing within Gambling, Betting, or Casino verticals
• Strong understanding of key marketing metrics: ROI, CPA, CPL, CPI, CPS, RevShare, Hybrid
• Knowledge of how to find and engage with affiliates and webmasters in Asian regions
• Fluency in English; additional Asian languages (e.g., Mandarin, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese) are a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Existing contact base of active affiliates/webmasters — a big advantage
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven
