- Job posting: Ensure timely and relevant job listings on employment websites.
- Talent acquisition: Actively search and source potential candidates through headhunting.
- Candidate screening: Review and schedule interviews for potential candidates.
- Background checks: Conduct thorough background checks and negotiate job offers.
- Relationship management: Foster connections with businesses and potential hires.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience is essential.
- Prior recruitment experience in iGaming is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills are a must.
- Effective task prioritization and time management are in your skill set.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in other languages is a plus.
