• Job Posting – Ensure timely publication of vacancies across various platforms.
• Talent Acquisition – Actively search for and attract candidates through headhunting.
• Candidate Screening – Review resumes and organize interviews.
• Interviewing – Assess candidates, provide feedback, and write recommendations for hiring managers.
• Relationship Management – Build positive and trusting relationships with candidates and the business.

• 6+ months of experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
• iGaming experience is a plus, but we’ll help you dive into the industry.
• Active LinkedIn profile and experience using it for recruitment.
• Familiarity with X-Ray and Boolean Search.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• You must be located in Cyprus.
• English level B2 or higher.
