Responsibilities
- Collaborate with payment providers and internal teams on payment-related issues.
- Create and manage tasks in ClickUp.
- Continuously analyze daily performance through regular reporting.
- Explore new payment solutions.
- Work closely with the product team to prioritize the payment development roadmap.
- Serve as the primary contact during the implementation process of new services, including filling out questionnaires, providing documentation, and integrating new payment services.
- Actively participate in negotiations to reduce payment provider fees.
- Timely inform key stakeholders about new payment providers and additional features.
- Provide necessary training to key stakeholders after the implementation of new methods and/or features.
- Resolve technical issues, manage errors, and support internal teams on product and technical matters at various stages.
- Provide urgent reports upon request from key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in managing payment systems (PSP) within the iGaming industry or related fields.
- Understanding of various payment methods, including cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, and cryptocurrencies.
- Ability to analyze large data sets, identify trends, and propose improvements.
- Experience in negotiating and contracting with international payment service providers.
- Understanding of international and local regulations related to payment operations and compliance.
- Strong ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders, clearly articulating tasks and solutions.
- Fluent in English and Russian.
- Understanding of API integrations and the technical aspects of payment systems.
