Product Manager (i-gaming)

Responsibilities
- Constant work on increasing product metrics (Click2Reg/Reg2Dep/ARPU/LTV/Liftetime/Retention/)
- Participate in defining the vision and strategy for product development (Website, Mobile Applications, Landing Pages)
- Identify, analyze and clearly understand the needs of product users
- Study customer experience and participate in the design of CJM
- Manage the product backlog: collect, analyze, evaluate and prioritize product hypotheses, formalize requirements in the form of user stories, identify MPV, work with short iterations
- Interact with customers, development teams both on the side of the platforms and with their developers and marketing department, build the necessary agreements for the launch of the product
- Elaborate and prioritize requirements for product improvement and development
- Analyze competitive products
Requirements
- Specific experience and cases of increasing the metrics — Click2Reg/Reg2Dep/Arpu/Lifetime/Retention
- Experience in iGaming
- Experience in organizing and conducting market research (user needs, competition, trends, hypotheses)
- Experience in independent work and willingness to be responsible for product KPIs
- Interaction experience in marketing, sales, finance, operations and technology
- Experience in describing complex product solutions in simple language, creating User Stories
- Expierience in Malta gambling licence
- Ability to plan product tests, understand the technology of conducting A/B testing
- Experience in product teams as a product manager (digital product, digital interfaces)
- Experience in preparing and launching products from scratch
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Google Analytics, Customer.io, Affilka, Hotjar
- Preferred experience in the fintech sector or gambling, betting, gaming or other online projects (web services and mobile applications)
- Leadership skills
- Ability to independently find what can be improved and achieve results
