Responsibilities
- Help in setting up processes in the ClickUp, Zapier, Airtable, Softr and other working environments
- Help in writing automation scripts in Python
- Help in describing processes - technical and process documentation
- Collection and description of requirements for new processes
- Maintaining a register of working services - checking for the presence of transferred accesses in Bitwarden
- Access management within ClickUp
- Onboarding new employees in terms of processes and ClickUp
- Operational support for company employees - answers to incoming questions
Requirements
- Advanced user of Chat GPT and Open AI platform
- Experience with Jira/ClickUp/Monday/Bitrix
- Experience writing documentation: guides, instructions
- No code automation skills - experience in configuring systems
- Understanding how API works
- Systems thinking, analytical mindset
