Responsibilities

  • Ordering office supplies, water, groceries, consumables, and equipment;
  • Maintaining financial records;
  • Communicating with suppliers, couriers, and other contractors;
  • Receiving and sending mail;
  • Assistance in organizing team-building events;
  • Keeping the office in order (ensuring all necessary supplies for daily operations are available);

Requirements

  • English language (B2), Greek language will be considered as an advantage;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) / Google Docs, Google Sheets;
  • Proactive attitude, good communication skills, ability to multitask, tolerance to stress.
