• Develop and implement media buying strategies to attract players to the platform.
• Manage a team of media buyers and coordinate their work.
• Optimize advertising campaigns across different platforms (Google, Facebook, DSP, native networks, etc.).
• Handle budgets, allocate funds, and monitor the efficiency of ad spend.
• Analyze and report on key metrics (ROI, CPA, LTV, etc.).
• Manage relationships with ad suppliers and partners.
• Evaluate and implement new advertising technologies and platforms to improve buying efficiency.

• Experience in media buying in iGaming or related industries (3-5 years).
• Deep understanding of paid advertising channels (PPC, Programmatic, Mobile, etc.).
• Experience managing large advertising budgets and leading a team.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to work with data and metrics (Google Analytics, Adjust, etc.).
• Knowledge of tools for optimizing and automating advertising campaigns.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment.
