Responsibilities

Strategy & Portfolio Management:

  • Develop and execute the overall casino games strategy in line with business objectives.
  • Define and continuously refine the game portfolio across slots, live casino, crash games, table games, and exclusive titles.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and player insights to identify growth opportunities.

Provider Relations & Commercial Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with game providers, negotiating commercial terms, promotional packages, and exclusive releases.
  • Manage the integration and onboarding of new providers and titles, ensuring timely launches and optimal commercial performance.
  • Oversee ongoing provider performance, addressing technical and operational issues.

Operations & Game Lifecycle Management:

  • Lead the end-to-end game lifecycle: certification, technical integration, go-live coordination, and retirement.
  • Ensure optimal content localization, categorization, and presentation across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure a smooth and secure player experience.

Data Analysis & Performance Optimization:

  • Define, monitor, and optimize key KPIs at the provider, category, and title level (e.g., GGR, NGR, retention, engagement).
  • Work closely with analytics to build reporting frameworks for ongoing performance tracking.
  • Use data insights to inform bonus campaigns, free spins, tournaments, and personalized offers that drive engagement and ROI.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Game Management and Content teams.
  • Act as the primary stakeholder for all game-related matters, driving alignment across Product, CRM, and Marketing teams.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and customer focus.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in game/content management within iGaming
  • Proven track record in managing provider relationships, negotiating commercial terms, and optimizing game portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs that drive player acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
