Responsibilities

  • Strategic Focus: Develop and implement a dynamic affiliate marketing strategy to propel growth and establish market dominance in the iGaming sector.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Spearhead, oversee, and mentor the affiliate team, fostering a high-performance culture. Establish ambitious team objectives, encouraging collaboration across departments.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Recruit, onboard, and oversee affiliate partners to ensure alignment with brand values. Cultivate and expand ties with existing affiliates, fostering sustainable and scalable partnerships.
  • Campaign Planning and Optimization: Strategize and refine affiliate campaigns based on market insights and trends. Monitor campaign performance, actively identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Implement advanced reporting systems for KPI tracking, aiming to enhance performance and maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year as a Head of Affiliates in iGaming (more is a plus)
  • iGaming affiliate marketing experience
    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage large budgets including management reporting and forecasting.
  • You have strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
