• Develop and implement CRM strategies and campaigns aimed at increasing customer loyalty and retention.
• Monitor and report on key CRM metrics, such as RR, LTV, GGR, churn rate etc.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, through KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Build, document and maintain country profiles and player segmentation, including key information such as welcome offers, player onboarding, ad hoc campaigns, promotional patterns that the players are used to in each market, as well as any other beneficial country specific information.
• Collaborate with other departments, including product, design, and analytics, to ensure a seamless customer experience and to optimize all internal workflows and synergies.

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming.
• Experience in the CRM department will be an advantage.
• Experience working with Customer.io.
• Strong skills in analyzing data using spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interactions.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
