Responsibilities
- Creation of trigger and mass campaigns at each stage of the customer’s life cycle (attraction, development, retention and return);
 - Launch and development of new customer retention channels (push-messages, Telegram/Viber/WhatsUp-messages);
 - Working with segments;
 - Testing hypotheses to improve communication in channels;
 - Improving the quality and efficiency of communication with users: monitor the growth of metrics and create new interesting mailing formats;
 - Working on growing the subscription base - developing and testing mechanics that allow you to increase the subscriber base, including them in communication and further bringing them to purchase;
 - Analytics of the effectiveness of email newsletters and other communication channels;
 - Research the target audience, create a mind map for target audience segments, develop CJM;
 - Develop technical specifications for employees of other departments (copywriting, design, product, etc.)
 - Media planning.
 
Requirements
- Understanding of the basics of email marketing and at least 1 year of experience in the iGaming field;
 - Experience working with client bases of different segments at different stages of their needs;
 - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS;
 - Understanding of the principles of operation of SPAM filters;
 - Copywriting skills and ability to work with texts;
 - Knowledge of how to manage and run marketing tools communications;
 - Ability to work with client bases and segment audiences;
 - Understanding the sales funnel;
 - Strong oral and written communication skills
