Responsibilities
- Search, attraction and all further communication with webmasters
- Working with an existing database of webmasters
- Integration and quality analysis of incoming traffic
- Full cycle of work with webmasters and media buying structures in different markets around the world (b2b and b2c: webmasters, solo and media buying teams)
- Sales and post-sales support and development
- Introduction and implementation of new processes and constants improvement of existing ones
- Providing reports to senior management
Requirements
- Experience in Affiliate Marketing from 2 years within Gambling, Betting and Casino verticals
- Understanding of basic marketing metrics: ROI, CPA, CPL, CPI, CPS, RevShare, Hybrid
- Understanding where and how to find and reach necessary sites and webmasters
- Strong negotiation skills
- Having your own contact base of active webmasters will be an advantage
- Speaking and writing proficiency in English
